Dale Williams Visits Marlborough
Our next guest for our speaker series is Dale Williams, former mayor of Otorohanga, New Zealander of the Year finalist (2013), Officer of NZ Order of Merit (2013) and passionate ambassador for youth success.
Dale has a diverse career history from trades apprentice turned franchisee business owner, to settling into community and government leadership roles. Dale’s passion is the Youth to Work (Y2W) Movement, and his expertise in helping to champion, develop and implement Y2W in communities, districts, cities and regions across Aotearoa is highly regarded.
We understand that many Marlborough businesses’ are struggling to recruit and retain staff. New Zealand has a major problem with youth unemployment.
Dale understands this and has worked in this area for well over 25 years with some fantastic results. So if you have staff issues, children, a business or are just wanting to have a great hour and a half, join us for a thought provoking and engaging working lunch.
